titleOfInvention | How to make resin flowers |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a resin flower having excellent aesthetics and high storage stability. SOLUTION: A small amount of a resin 52 is injected into a resin mold 51, a dried flower 30 is placed therein and left for a predetermined time, and the resin 52 is cured to stabilize the dried flower 30. Inject into the resin mold 51 multiple times to make a resin flower. After the required amount of the resin 52 has been injected into the resin mold 51, a deaeration process is performed in which the entire resin mold 51 is accommodated in a container, the air in the container is forcibly degassed under pressure, and the container is sealed. By this degassing step, bubbles generated in the gaps of the dried flower 30 and the like float on the upper surface of the resin 52, so that the bubbles in the resin 52 can be easily removed.
