titleOfInvention | Inkjet recording medium and image forming method using the same |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an ink jet recording medium for recording with ink, which has high ink absorbability, excellent image color, ozone resistance, water resistance, and support when printed. It is an object of the present invention to provide an ink jet recording medium excellent in aesthetic sense due to a concavo-convex pattern obtained by embossing the body surface. An ink jet recording medium of the present invention is a recording medium comprising a water-resistant opaque support and an ink receiving layer provided thereon, on the side of the water-resistant opaque support on which the ink receiving layer is provided. The ink receiving layer that has been typed and provided thereon mainly contains a mixture of inorganic ultrafine particles having an average secondary particle size of 300 nm or less and thermoplastic organic polymer fine particles having an average particle size of 300 nm or less. An ink jet recording medium characterized by being a porous layer. [Selection figure] None. |
