A partially reinforced resin molded part is a resin molded part formed by integrally molding a molded part with a thermosetting resin, and the strength of the resin near the interface between the thermosetting resin and the molded part. Or increased strength and heat resistance. In the method of manufacturing the partially reinforced resin molded part, fullerene was applied in advance to the surface of the stator skeleton that was the part to be molded, and was molded integrally with the thermosetting resin.
