titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing sandwich laminate
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sandwich laminate having a high surface smoothness without causing a defect in appearance due to a groove on the surface even if a foam core having grooves is formed. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforcing material 1, a foam core 2, and a fiber reinforcing material 3 are sequentially stacked on one surface of a lower mold 5, and a bagging film 9 is overlaid on these and sealed airtightly. In the method for manufacturing a sandwich laminate in which a thermosetting resin is injected and cured by a resin transfer molding method, at least one side has a width of 0.3 to 5.0 mm and a depth of 1.0 to 5. A sandwich laminate using a foam core formed with grooves 4 having a pitch of 0 to 100 mm and a vacuum between the lower mold and the bagging film at the time of resin injection of 0.01 to 0.08 MPa (abs) Production method.
