titleOfInvention Multi-lumen catheter
abstract [PROBLEMS] To easily manage infection at a puncture site required for a catheter, to be difficult to kink subcutaneously and externally, and to be easily inserted in a minimally invasive manner. To provide a catheter that suppresses and eliminates obstruction. A blood return lumen having an end portion opened to form an end hole and a blood return lumen provided along the blood removal lumen is provided. 14 is positioned in front of the distal end of the blood removal lumen 12, and a portion within a predetermined length from the distal end of the blood removal lumen 12 is substantially parallel and integral with the blood return lumen 14. The inner and outer diameters of the end hole 26 at the distal end of the blood removal lumen 12 are larger than the inner and outer diameters of the intermediate portion of the blood removal lumen 12. The distal end portion of the blood removal lumen 12 and the vicinity of the distal end portion form an expanded portion 20, and the expanded portion 20 is formed of a soft synthetic resin or a water-absorbing swellable resin.
