abstract |
Disclosed are a transparent conductive material, a transparent conductive paste, a transparent conductive film, and a transparent electrode that can sufficiently prevent changes in resistance over time even in a high humidity environment. A transparent conductive material containing indium oxide, wherein (1) the pH of a mixed solution containing 1 wt% of the transparent conductive material is 3 or more, preferably 4 to 9; 2) The pH of the mixed solution containing 1 wt% of the transparent conductive material is less than 3 and the halogen element concentration is 0.2% by mass or less. (3) The mixed solution containing 1 wt% of the transparent conductive material The transparent conductive material having a pH of 1 or more and a halogen element concentration of 1.5% by mass or less.
