[Solution] A polarizing plate in which a triacetyl cellulose film is laminated on at least one surface of a polarizer made of polyvinyl alcohol and a dichroic material, and the triacetyl cellulose film laminated on at least one surface of the polarizer is a glycolic acid plasticizer or A resin layer having a phthalic acid plasticizer and a phosphoric acid plasticizer in an amount of 0 to 1% by weight and having a moisture permeability of 500 g / m 2 · 24 hr or less is formed on the surface of the triacetyl cellulose film.
