titleOfInvention | Fibrous foam and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a fibrous foam having fine independent and continuous bubbles, which does not have a complicated manufacturing process such as a waste liquid recovery / regeneration process, can select materials relatively freely, and hardly causes thread breakage. The present invention provides a method for producing a fibrous foam capable of easily obtaining a thin fibrous foam having fine bubbles capable of imparting high functionality. SOLUTION: It contains an acid generator that generates an acid by the action of active energy rays or a base generator that generates a base, and further decomposes and desorbs one or more low-boiling volatile substances by reacting with the acid or base. A method for producing a fibrous foam and a fibrous foam, in which a foamable composition containing a compound having a decomposable foamable functional group to be released is formed into a fibrous form, and then irradiated with active energy rays and heated to foam.
