titleOfInvention Inspection chip, manufacturing method thereof, and inspection method using the chip
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection chip capable of inspecting a target contained in a test mixture simply, rapidly and with high accuracy, a manufacturing method thereof, and an inspection method using the chip. An inspection chip 11 includes a structural color development substrate 12 and a nucleic acid ligand 13 bonded to the structural color development substrate 12. The nucleic acid ligand 13 is composed of a nucleic acid having a higher order structure such as an RNA aptamer. The structural color developing substrate 12 includes a support substrate 21 and a monomolecular film 25 of a structural color forming body 23 fixed to the surface of the support substrate 21. The structural color former 23 is preferably composed of a polypeptide containing a basic amino acid. At this time, the monomolecular film 25 of the structural color development substrate 12 has a positive charge and is electrostatically bonded to the nucleic acid ligand 13. [Selection] Figure 1
