titleOfInvention | Method for making a photosensitive lithographic printing plate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate which can be printed without causing smearing during printing even if a large amount of the printing plate material is developed, and has low developability and non-image area stains. It is to provide a plate making method of a lithographic printing plate. In a plate making method of a photosensitive lithographic printing plate, a photosensitive lithographic printing plate material having a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer is exposed to an image and then developed using a developer comprising an alkaline aqueous solution. A step of supplying the substantially unused developer onto the image-exposed photosensitive lithographic printing plate material and a step of immersing in the developer, wherein the photosensitive lithographic printing plate has the photopolymerizable photosensitive property. A process for making a photosensitive lithographic printing plate, comprising a protective layer containing 80% by mass or more of polyvinyl alcohol having a saponification degree of 90% or more on the layer.
