abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover coated fuel particles from a fluidized bed without damaging or damaging the coating and without opening a reaction tube. SOLUTION: The movable nozzle 24 for supplying a fluid gas is lowered so as to be separated from the lower end opening of the reaction tube 16 while keeping the hermetic seal in the fluidized bed apparatus 12, and the movable nozzle 24 is rotated from the lower end opening of the reaction tube 16 around the movable nozzle 24. The coated fuel particles P are led out together with the flowing gas G1 to the take-out member 26, and the coated fuel particles P are transferred from the take-out member 26 to the recovery container 42 using the flow of the flowing gas G1 and the weight drop of the coated fuel particles P.
