abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive fiber which can be dissolved in room temperature water and can pass through the process without dissolving immediately even when contacted with water having a temperature higher than room temperature until a predetermined process. A fiber is brought into contact with water to dissolve and remove at least a part of the water-soluble component, thereby providing a hollow fiber, a porous and / or surface uneven fiber structure or a composite molded body. SOLUTION: A composite having a normal temperature water-soluble thermoplastic polyvinyl alcohol polymer having a melting point of 200 ° C. or lower and a saponification degree of 60 to 90 mol% as a core component and another thermoplastic polymer having a melting point of 230 ° C. or lower as a sheath component.
