titleOfInvention | Block copolymerized polyimide composition soluble in ketone and / or ether solvent and process for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block copolymer polyimide composition soluble in a ketone and / or ether solvent which is not easily influenced by water from the surrounding environment. The solvent for polyimide is usually a polar solvent such as N-methylpyrrolidone, N, N-dimethylformamide, N, N-dimethylacetamide, dimethylsulfoxide and the like. However, these non-aqueous solvents are sensitive to moisture and very easy to absorb water, thereby causing whitening on the surface of the polyimide. By using a lactone and a base as a catalyst and making the composition of the polyimide into a block, the solubility was improved, and it became soluble in a ketone and / or ether solvent, which was previously considered to be insoluble in polyimide. Since the influence of moisture on the ketone and ether solvent is extremely small, the whitening phenomenon on the polyimide surface can be suppressed as much as possible by moisture absorption.
