titleOfInvention Absorbent article comprising an airlaid mixture material containing thermoplastic fibers treated with phosphate ester or sulfate ester
abstract The present invention relates to an absorbent article comprising a topsheet, a backsheet, and an airlaid mixture material disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet. In one aspect of the present invention, the airlaid mixture material comprises a) a fiber, and b) a thermoplastic fiber having a surface treated with a surfactant comprising a phosphate ester, sulfate ester or derivative thereof. Cellulose fibers and thermoplastic fibers are bonded together to form a thermally bonded airlaid matrix, and the dry density of the thermally bonded airlaid matrix is preferably from about 0.04 g / cc to about 0.11 g under a pressure of 20 gf / cm 2. / Cc.
