titleOfInvention | Current / voltage conversion circuit |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate current / voltage conversion circuit for reducing the influence of a parasitic series resistance at an input. [Solution] An integrated current / voltage conversion circuit for converting the first current into an output voltage indicating the first current (I S ) includes a first contact pad (CP1) connectable to the first resistor (R), 2 contact pads (CP2) and a third contact pad (CP3). The first operational amplifier (OP1) has a first input connected to the first contact pad for generating a first voltage, a second input for receiving a reference voltage (V ref ), and a third contact pad Has a first output connected to (CP3). A second voltage (V1) appears at the third contact pad. The second operational amplifier (OP2) is connected to a second output at which a third voltage (V2) appears, a first input connected to the second output, and a second contact pad (CP2). Has a second input. The output voltage is substantially equal to the difference between the second voltage (V1) and the third voltage (V2). |
