The present invention measures the elasticity of human or animal tissue, particularly the breast, or more generally any viscoelastic medium that has an ultrasonic signal after ultrasonic irradiation, and continuously sets the 2D or 3D display of this elasticity. And at least one ultrasonic array (1) or equivalent comprising a plurality of transducers (12), excitation means capable of generating and sending direct or indirect low frequency effects, and collection of ultrasonic signals Two-dimensional (2D) or three-dimensional (3D) elasticity by scanning the array (1) in one dimension (1D) or two dimensions (2D).
