abstract |
The present invention is a method for a fiber web finishing process, wherein the method has a low monosaccharide and disaccharide content, a limited polysaccharide content, but a sufficiently high DP3 and DP9 on the fiber web. It relates to a method characterized in that it consists in applying a polymer adhesive composition comprising an oligosaccharide content and optionally a combination of hydrogenated sugars. The invention also relates to the resulting paper or flat cardboard with improved physical, mechanical and / or optical properties. |
