In the present invention, 0.5 to 5 U of von Willebrand factor (VWF) containing no ADAMTS-13 per mL of the test solution is mixed and incubated, and then ADAMTS-13 activity is reduced to decrease VWF-mediated aggregation of platelets. A diagnostic method for measuring the VWF-degrading activity of ADAMTS-13 in the test solution, which is measured based on the above. |
