titleOfInvention Method for separating isotopes
abstract The present invention relates to a method for separating isotopes, i.e. a method for obtaining a pure isotope purified product by separating a naturally occurring isotope mixture of elements, and the element to be subjected to isotope separation. Hydrogen is used as a ligand of the above, and the resulting compound is a gas at a practical temperature and pressure. More particularly, the invention relates to a process for obtaining pure 28 SiH 4 free of other isotopes on an industrial scale by separating the isotopes on a chromatographic column.
