The present invention relates to an antibacterial or anticoagulant polymer resin, a method for producing the same, and a medical device or instrument using the same, and more specifically, a polymer resin and at least one pharmacologically active substance in a solvent-free state. The present invention relates to a method for producing an antibacterial or anticoagulant medical polymer resin including a simple mixing step. The pharmacologically active substance is preferably an antibacterial substance or an anticoagulant substance. The method of the present invention has excellent antibacterial properties even after molding at a high temperature by mixing antibacterial or anticoagulant substances safe for the human body with a polymer resin in a solvent-free solvent-free simple addition method. Since it can sustain and minimize the release of antibacterial substances to increase the antibacterial persistence and solve the in vivo toxicity problem, it can be widely used as a core material in the field of medical devices / instruments for human body. |
