abstract |
The fluid sample analysis cartridge (26) that can be used with the analyzer includes a structure that selectively controls the flow of fluid therein. The position type cartridge (26) includes a fluid channel (54). A sensor structure (56) is disposed in the fluid channel and includes at least one dry storage sensor and at least one wet storage sensor. The cartridge can include a first port (66). In some examples, the cartridge can include a second port (70). In some examples, the cartridge can include a third port (78). In some embodiments, the cartridge includes a fluid container (68) in fluid communication with the port of the cartridge. The first fluid container 68 forms a fluid passage and a fluid benefit actuator. The actuator includes an over-center engageable button that can be pressed to initiate fluid flow through the fluid passage from the interior space of the fluid container and through the port to the sensor structure of the cartridge. An analysis method, a calibration method, and a method of using the cartridge are provided. |
