Moisture transpiration composite material and its product |
abstract |
Hydrophilic urethane polymer foam composite material formed to move recovered water from high humidity region to low humidity region, having superabsorbent polymer particles 3 of 0.1 wt% or less and optionally other additives HF, having a urethane polymer foam layer formed in a sized and molded matrix, having interconnected strands 4 and filaments 1 of said urethane polymer and sizing and molded gaps and spaces 2 and spaced apart. The superabsorbent polymer particles 3 distributed in or on or throughout the interconnected strands and filaments and the sized and shaped air gap 2 to provide improved capillary action in the formed foam matrix. Improved formed hydrophilic urethane polymer foam composite, and at least One transpires the water content collected include foam composite material 5 as described above is formed, a multilayer manner to evaporate the transpiration moisture. |
