Cks1 inhibitor |
abstract |
Inhibitors and methods of human Cks1 and human Skp2, and compositions specific for human Cks1 and human Skp2, comprising antisense oligonucleotides are provided. Also provided are methods of using this composition to modulate Cks1 and Skp2 expression and to regulate cell growth, particularly tumor cell growth. The present invention provides antisense compounds and ribozyme compounds that can specifically hybridize with Cks1 or Skp2. |
