titleOfInvention Clip device with cleaning function
abstract Disclosed is a clip that can grasp tissue with high reliability, but does not damage the tissue during a therapeutic procedure. A clip device for hemostasis comprising an introduction tube (outer sheath) that can be inserted into a body cavity. The operation wire is slidably inserted into the inner sheath, and the inner sheath can advance and retreat independently in the outer sheath (introduction tube). The operating wire has a distal end portion, and a retainer is attached to the distal end portion of the operating wire. The clip device includes a clip having a proximal end portion with at least three arm portions extending from the proximal end portion, the arms having a tendency to open. The first retainer is attached to the distal end of the clip and is received by mating with a second retainer provided on the operating wire. A clip sliding ring is provided for closing the arm portion of the clip. A method for delivering a clip to stop bleeding is also provided.
