abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining an embryo-immune multiple DNA vaccine and / or a multivalent DNA vaccine in a poultry egg and a method for using the same. A multiple DNA vaccine includes two or more DNA components, each of which includes a DNA molecule encoding a poultry virus protein or fragment thereof, wherein the DNA molecule is a poultry in a poultry body. A protective immune response against viral diseases can be induced. In the multivalent DNA vaccine, there is a DNA composition containing one or more DNA molecules in each composition, and each DNA molecule can express a poultry virus gene or a fragment thereof. The multivalent DNA vaccine expresses two or more viral antigens and can induce a protective immune response against poultry virus disease in the poultry body. Preferably, both the multiple DNA vaccine and the multivalent DNA vaccine are injected into the amniotic fluid of poultry eggs about 18 days after the poultry eggs are fertilized. |
