Identification of nucleic acid sequences based on enzymatic ligation |
abstract |
A new method for use in nucleic acid analysis is disclosed herein. Disclosed uses include polynucleotide expression analysis, single nucleotide polymorphism detection, pathogen detection, and detection of genetically modified cells or organisms. The method can be performed using a purified preparation of nucleic acid or an unpurified cell lysate. Also provided are testing methods and kits for performing the disclosed methods. |
