Novel fluorescent protein |
abstract |
GFP with F64L mutation and E222G mutation is provided. This GFP has a larger Stoke shift compared to other GFPs, making it suitable for high-throughput screening due to better separation. This GFP also has a maximum excitation between yellow GFP and cyan GFP, so a cleaner band separation is obtained when used with these GFPs. |
