Disclosed herein are cycloalkyl ketoamide derivatives useful as cathepsin K inhibitors. The disclosed invention encompasses methods for producing such cycloalkyl ketoamide derivatives, as well as methods for their use in the treatment of diseases including osteoporosis associated with increased bone metabolism that can ultimately lead to fractures. |
