Various embodiments of the present invention provide human disease detection and treatment molecules (MDDT) and polynucleotides that identify and encode MDDT. Examples of the present invention also provide expression vectors, host cells, antibodies, agonists and antagonists. Other embodiments also provide methods for diagnosing, treating or preventing diseases associated with abnormal expression of MDDT. |
