Modified anti-TNFα antibody |
abstract |
The present invention has reactivity against human tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) that when used in vivo results in an anti-TNFα antibody that is less immunogenic or substantially non-immunogenic compared to its unmodified counterpart. It relates to the modification of antibodies. The present invention also relates to peptide molecules comprising a T cell epitope of the V region of the original antibody that is modified by changing amino acids to reduce or eliminate the T cell epitope. |
