The present invention provides a compound of formula (I): [M (R 1 CS 3 ) 2 L] (I) [wherein M is Tc or Re and R 1 is unsubstituted or is a halogen atom, hydroxyl Represents an alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl or aryl group substituted by one or more substituents selected from a group, an alkyl group and an alkoxy group, and L is a dithiolate ligand, provided that R 2 CS 2 (excluding the ligand represented by the formula (wherein R 2 is the same as R 1 )).
