abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a shaped body comprising a starch gel and an active ingredient, in particular a gelatin-free soft capsule. Compared to current methods for solving the gelation problem in soft capsules, it provides significant improvements in terms of storage stability and absorption behavior, especially in brittleness and changing conditions. The invention also relates to a gelatin-free soft capsule having a low glyceramic index and resistance compared to starch or thermoplastic starch. |
