titleOfInvention Reaction chamber containing a stable complex reagent formulation and test kit for detection and isolation of pathogenic microbial nucleic acids
abstract The present invention includes a standard combination of stable complex reagents suitable for holding and optionally storing patient complex fluid samples for later analysis for the presence of pathogenic microbial nucleic acids (bacteria, viruses, etc.). Relates to the reaction chamber. The reaction chamber contains a stable complex reagent formulation that allows the detection and quantitative isolation of viral and bacterial nucleic acids from biological complex samples, even with a limited number of replicas. Is preferred. A simple archiving system for clinically relevant nucleic acids can be created simultaneously. Application of the above reaction chamber containing a complex reagent formulation with stability dramatically reduces the method steps required for sample handling, as well as significant risk of infection and contamination A reduction is possible.
