abstract |
The polymer electrolyte includes a modified polymer material, and the modified polymer material includes a halogen-containing polymer having a high halogen concentration. The high halogen concentration is relative to the halogen content of the halogen-containing polymer formed from monomer polymerization. Alkali metal salts and aprotic solvents are also provided. The salt and aprotic solvent are thoroughly mixed with the modified polymeric material. The halogen-containing polymer is preferably polyvinyl chloride (PVC) obtained by emulsion or suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride. The method for producing a solid polymer electrolyte includes a step of providing a halogen-containing polymer and a step of halogenating the halogen-containing polymer to obtain a high halogen-containing modified polymer material. The high halogen concentration is relative to the halogen content of the halogen-containing polymer formed from the polymerization of the monomers. The resulting modified polymeric material is then mixed with at least one alkali metal salt and at least one aprotic solvent. |
