titleOfInvention Image display data processing system
abstract The present invention is a system that converts a line graph display of collected patient data into digital data suitable for digital signal processing, receiving data representing an image including a line graph display of collected patient data, and receiving the received data. Analyze to identify the individual pixels that make up the line graph display in the image display data, and generate multiple pixel display data elements in the desired data format that identify the relative position of the individual pixels with respect to the reference point. Generating a desired data format by specifying the relative position of the pixels and specifying at least one of (a) the color of the individual pixels and (b) the luminance amplitude of the individual pixels. A method comprising the step of storing display data elements in a file. In addition, format the received data and process the data representing the line graph display to convert the line graph display into processed data suitable for presentation in the form of a display image. Generating, sending formatted data to the remote location in response to a user command, and using the formatted data to generate a display image at the remote location.
