titleOfInvention | Excellent polymer-supported photosensitizer |
abstract | An excellent polymer-immobilized sensitizer, its production method and its use are disclosed. The polymer-immobilized photosensitizer includes a crosslinked polymer main chain, a plurality of cationic ammonium or phosphonium groups covalently bonded to the polymer main chain, and an immobilized photosensitizer. The average total number of carbon atoms in the ammonium or phosphonium group is at least 4, preferably 12 or more. The photosensitizer can be covalently bound to the polymer or ionic. The polymer-immobilized photosensitizer of the present invention exhibits a catalytic action that is more excellent than expected for photosensitizing oxidation of a compound having a carbon-carbon double bond. |
