The present invention relates to a novel process for improving the complexation efficiency of basic active substances and cyclodextrins using acidic volatile substances. The invention further relates to a process for preparing high-energy complexes of basic active substances and cyclodextrins which, when dissolved, form a supersaturated solution. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical preparation comprising the above complex and its use in therapy. |
