titleOfInvention Soundproof material and manufacturing method thereof
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof material made of polyurethane foam and having a light weight while having sufficient soundproofing properties. Furthermore, the manufacturing method which can manufacture such a soundproof material simply is provided. SOLUTION: A soundproof material 1 of the present invention is a soundproof material having a first polyurethane foam layer, a second polyurethane foam layer, and a third polyurethane foam layer formed therebetween, The third polyurethane foam layer has a higher density than the first polyurethane foam layer and the second polyurethane foam layer. The method for producing a soundproofing material according to the present invention includes supplying a urethane raw material liquid containing a polyol compound, an isocyanate compound, and a foaming agent onto a polyurethane foam layer disposed in a mold, and the urethane raw material liquid in the polyurethane foam layer. It is characterized by being foam-molded while allowing a part of the material to penetrate. [Selection] Figure 1
