titleOfInvention | Lecture from Oshirokarasakatake and method for separation and purification |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lectin that specifically binds to N-glycolylneuraminic acid. SOLUTION: An extract obtained by pulverizing Chlorophyllum morbidites with a buffer solution is purified by ion exchange chromatography, and further subjected to adsorption and separation using affinity chromatography, followed by further dialysis and limiting. The above problems were solved by external filtration and freeze-drying to separate and purify a lectin having a molecular weight of 30 kDa and a subunit of 15 kDa. [Selection] Figure 1 |
