titleOfInvention | Method for producing fluorine-containing carboxylic acid or fluorine-containing carboxylate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for producing a fluorine-containing carboxylic acid or a fluorine-containing carboxylate. SOLUTION: General formula (I) Rf—CF═CH—R (wherein Rf represents a fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and R represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group). By reacting a fluorine alkene with an oxidizing agent, it is represented by the general formula (II) Rf-COOM (wherein Rf is the same as in the general formula (I), and M represents a hydrogen atom or a metal atom). The fluorine-containing carboxylic acid (when M is a hydrogen atom) or the fluorine-containing carboxylate (when M is a metal atom) can be produced. [Selection figure] None |
