[PROBLEMS] To improve measurement throughput in a method of measuring an isotope sample using a tandem mass spectrometer. In the present invention, in the isotope labeling sample analysis technique using a tandem mass spectrometer, the first-stage measurement (MS 1 ) spectrum is analyzed in real time within a measurement session, and the second-stage and subsequent dissociation is performed.
