abstract To provide a solenoid valve switching type pump that can be reliably operated by using a solenoid valve and that is excellent in durability and installation. A solenoid valve switching type pump 1 that sucks or discharges fluid includes a body 2 having an input port 11 and an output port 12, and a diaphragm assembly that hermetically partitions the body 2 into a working chamber 20 and a back chamber 21. 19, a first spring 33 that biases the diaphragm assembly 19 toward the back chamber 21, a first port 41 that is attached to the body 2 and communicates with the back chamber 21, and a second port that discharges carbon dioxide gas to the outside 42 and a third port 46 for supplying carbon dioxide gas, and a first valve seat 44 for communicating the first port 41 and the second port 42 by moving the plunger 45 by excitation and demagnetization of the solenoid part. And the three-way solenoid valve 3 that alternately contacts or separates the first valve body 48 and the second valve body 49 from the second valve seat 47 that allows the first port 41 and the third port 46 to communicate with each other.
