titleOfInvention | Parent / hydrophobic pattern forming material, parent / hydrophobic pattern forming method, lithographic printing plate, and lithographic printing plate production method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parent / hydrophobic pattern forming material and a parent / hydrophobic pattern forming method capable of obtaining a fine and clear pattern applicable to a wide range. In addition, a planographic printing plate capable of direct plate making based on digital data and a method for producing the same are provided. A polymer compound having a functional group whose hydrophilicity / hydrophobicity changes directly by exposure on a support or a functional group whose hydrophilicity / hydrophobicity changes by the action of heat or acid generated by exposure is chemically treated at its terminal. The light from the light irradiating means is modulated by the light modulating means having n pixel portions for receiving and emitting the light from the light irradiating means, with respect to the pattern forming material having the pattern forming layer formed by combining them. After that, pattern exposure is performed with light passing through a microlens array in which microlenses having aspherical surfaces capable of correcting aberration due to distortion of the exit surface in the picture element portion are arranged.
