abstract Disclosed is a method for compensating for image disturbance in X-ray imaging having increased accuracy. Eccentricity, defocusing or defocusing of a scattered X-ray removal grid in digital X-ray imaging obtained by an X-ray apparatus including an X-ray source, a scattered X-ray removal grid, and a digital X-ray detector. In a method for compensating for image disturbances caused by defects or heel effects and caused by attenuation of primary X-rays incident on the X-ray detector, the actual attenuation of primary X-rays by the scattered X-ray removal grid is measured and detected. A correction parameter is obtained based on the measured value, and X-ray imaging is corrected by the correction parameter. [Selection] Figure 1
