abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Since waste such as fly ash discharged from a garbage incineration site may contain harmful heavy metals, it is disposed of before disposal of waste such as fly ash by landfill etc. A heavy metal in an object is fixed by a metal scavenger. As the heavy metal immobilization treatment agent, dithiocarbamic acid type heavy metal immobilization treatment agent with excellent collection ability for heavy metals is widely used, but dithiocarbamic acid type heavy metal immobilization treatment agent was added to waste such as fly ash. It has been pointed out that carbon disulfide may be generated. An object of the present invention is to provide a heavy metal immobilizing agent composition capable of safely and reliably immobilizing heavy metals in waste without the risk of generating harmful gases such as carbon disulfide. . SOLUTION: The heavy metal immobilizing agent composition of the present invention comprises a dithiocarbamic acid type heavy metal immobilizing agent (A), one or more primary and / or secondary amino groups, and one or more carboxyl groups.
