titleOfInvention Management method of coating solution for electrophotographic photosensitive member
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing a coating solution for a photoreceptor capable of managing the amount of contamination derived from an undercoat layer in a coating solution for a charge generation layer with high accuracy. In managing a coating solution for a function-separated electrophotographic photosensitive member in which an undercoat layer, a charge generation layer, and a charge transport layer are laminated on a conductive substrate, a coating solution for forming a charge generation layer is provided. After filtering the pigment from the coating solution, the gel permeation chromatograph of the resin solution as the filtrate is measured in series with refractive index detection and ultraviolet-visible absorption detection, so that it is lowered into the coating solution. The amount of the undercoat layer forming resin eluted from the subbing layer is controlled. [Selection figure] None
