abstract | The present invention provides a fluorine-containing resin powder coating composition that does not release a blocking agent derived from a crosslinking agent during the formation of a coating film, and that provides a coating film having excellent weather resistance and matting properties. A fluorine-containing resin powder coating composition containing two types of fluorine-containing copolymers A and B having different copolymer compositions and a crosslinking agent (internally blocked polyisocyanate). The fluorinated copolymer B contains a polymer unit based on a fluoroolefin, a polymer unit based on a vinyl ether having a cycloalkyl group or a branched alkyl group, and a polymer unit based on a monomer having a crosslinkable functional group. In addition to the polymerized units in the fluorinated copolymer B, the polymer A further contains polymerized units based on vinyl ether having a linear alkyl group having 5 or less carbon atoms.
