SOLUTION: A redispersible acrylic synthetic resin emulsion powder composition according to the present invention is an acrylic synthetic resin obtained by emulsion polymerization of an acrylic monomer and a specific functional monomer using a specific polyvinyl alcohol as an emulsifier.
