titleOfInvention | Transferrin-transferrin receptor complex measuring reagent and measuring method |
abstract | Provided are a reagent capable of measuring transferrin-transferrin receptor complex (Tf-TfR complex) by a simple operation, and a measuring method. A Tf-TfR complex measuring reagent composed of insoluble particles to which a substance having affinity for TfR is immobilized, and a Tf-TfR complex using this reagent are measured. As the affinity substance, an antibody against TfR or Tf is advantageous. [Effect] By providing a Tf-TfR complex measurement technique based on particle agglomeration reaction with excellent operability, the TfR measurement range can be expanded, and a wide concentration range can be measured without diluting the sample. Expansion of the measurement range is particularly effective when measuring TfR as a diagnostic marker for hematopoietic function. [Selection figure] None |
