abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal processing lubricant capable of forming a solid film equivalent to a chemical conversion coating film, which is an organic solvent-based one-component processing type with a simple film forming process, and to easily form a solid lubricating film using the same. And a method of forming. A metal working lubricant containing a polybasic acid and an alcohol having 10 or more carbon atoms in a volatile base solution. This metal processing lubricant is applied to the surface of the metal that is the workpiece, the base liquid is volatilized, (1) micro unevenness is formed on the metal surface, and (2) an association of polybasic acid and alcohol. And (3) a method for forming a solid lubricating film for metalworking, which completes a highly adhesive solid lubricating film containing the aggregate. [Selection figure] None |
